What does ADU Craft Orlando do?
We design, permit and build four kinds of ADU: detached ADUs, garage conversions, attached ADUs and in-law suites, and garage apartments. Design and permits are part of every build, so you work with one team rather than a separate designer, engineer, permit runner and contractor.

How do we work?
- Lot first. We confirm which city or county permits your project and what its code allows before any design.
- Written, itemized quotes. After the site visit you see each part of the job priced in writing.
- Plain answers. If a type does not fit your lot or budget, we say so.
- Dated facts. Florida ADU rules vary city by city and change. Our guides show when each rule was checked and where it came from.
